Illustrator and coordinator of East Neuk Open Studios, Jill Calder, introduces the twice yearly event, which sees a selection of Fife-based artists and makers open up their studios to the public, allowing them an insight into their creative process.

Jill Calder is an illustrator and calligrapher, based in Cellardyke, Fife. She has worked for a range of clients including Penguin UK, The New Yorker, Scottish Chamber Orchestra and many more. Recently taking up the post of coordinator, Jill has been keen to include more photography into the mix of artists and makers.

The next Open Studio event takes place 31st May and 1st June 2014.
