Coming into its final week, LifeSpace’s Scales of Life exhibition explores science through art, including work from Thomson and Craighead, Elaine Shemilt, Tabitha Moses and Helen Chadwich, as well as artefacts from the University of Dundee. The artists have each created pieces of work, which represent the fundamental scales of life, from molecules to organelles to cells to tissue.

As part of the University of Dundee’s College of Life Sciences, LifeSpace aims to encourage and foster collaboration between artists and scientists, providing greater insight into life science research.

Scales of Life is on at the Discovery Centre for Translational and Interdisciplinary Research, University of Dundee, until the 11th January 2015.
