Visual artist and former President of the Scottish Society of Artists Louise Ritchie, introduces the Meffan Gallery’s exhibition ‘In a Jiffy’, featuring work created using paper. The title is derived from the phrase used to describe a measurement of time, whilst also reflecting the method in which artists were to transport their work to the gallery; in a jiffy bag.

In a Jiffy is currently on at the Meffan Museum and Art Gallery, Forfar, until the 15th February 2014.
